Nothing I love more than finding unique items that inspire.  In this Mostly Wordless Wednesday — beautiful things.

Stumbled on  Croteza Creations Bijouterie Artisanale Jewelry one sunny day in Ottawa’s Byward Market and had to stop. Beautiful leafs and petals from nature’s pallet set in a light acrylic, make for some stunning jewelry.  In particular I’m fond of the bay leafs and the rose petals, though the bougainvillea was delicate and refined and the ferns were bright and fresh.

Based in Montreal, they were only in the market for the weekend, but good news; they sell on line (in three languages).  May have done some Christmas shopping (don’t tell the girlfriends).

No Gypsy should be without rose petal earrings, made from real roses.

you managed to combine two of my 3 favourite things in one blog post: the market, one of a kind jewellery, and food!
